You may need to install also Network TWAIN Driver, Network WIA Driver and LAN Fax Driver. ''This is a PC Client based application program that monitors and manages up to 250 networked print devices.'' You may install this program on your remote computer or on a local one, which you can then access using some remote control program. I guess that Device Manager NX Lite or Device Manager NX Pro could be your choice. In this software you would find advanced settings for scanning and faxing. Most of this level MFP's have in addition to the web interface also more advanced management/setting software, which you install on local/remote computer. I don't have experience with this particular printer. Especially since this machine was working for about a year and then just stopped (no one touched it of course) and I can't figure out why it stopped all of which are correct (verified to many times to count)Įvery other brand machine I have used has at a min a test button in the web interface so I can test a path and the credintials to verify, but not Ricoh.

I have also had Ricoh onsite several times, but keep getting a dud tech who barely speaks english, doesn't understand networking and just wants to argue about network paths and credentials. I have been trying to have them do the testing for me. My users at this site are very non technical. The settings look the same as far as I can see, but still no go. I have 2 other Ricoh machines that are working but they are a different model. My major issue is with 2 functions scanning to the network and storing faxes in a network folder (this feature isn't even shown in the web interface.
